Basing on the e-brochure, below is the estimate costing in MYR:

Initial Franchise Fee

Property Acquisition Fees
RM14,000 – RM40,000

Store Fit-Out and Service Utilities
RM80,000 – RM320,000

Security System (not including monitoring costs)
RM4,000 – RM20,000

External Signage
RM12,000 – RM40,000

Opening Stock
RM10,000 – RM16,000

Insurance
RM4,000 – RM8,000

Supplies (stationery, cleaning and etc.)
RM2,000 – RM8,000

Training Expense ( 2 weeks in existing Subway outlet, including travel and lodging)
RM6,000

Legal & Accounting
RM10,000 – RM20,000

Opening Advertisement
RM2,000 – RM12,000

Miscellaneous (Planning applications, utility deposits & small wares)

Additional Funds – 3 months (Wages, training & rent)
